Service Charter of the Service providing attention to victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence

27/10/2006 Within the scope of Palma City Council's Modernisation and Quality Plan, the Local Police Force has established a Service Charter which establishes specific commitments with respect to the public.

A participatory agreement between Palma City Council (through the Local Police Force) and the Government of the Balearic Islands (through the Office for Aiding Victims of Crime) has led to the design of this Service Charter. Its main aim consists in improving support services for the victims of the abovementioned crimes, informing them of their rights, of the services available to them and the quality commitments offered.
